1. These terms
1.1 These terms apply to any purchases you make on our website. Please read these terms carefully before you place any orders on our site, as they set out important information about your and our rights and obligations. Please note that you must agree to these terms before you place your order.
1.2 Any reference to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ in these terms is to TropisBox Ltd who is offering the goods you order via our website. Any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ is to the person placing an order on our website.
1.3 You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the UK to place an order with us.
1.4 We may make changes to these terms at any time. However, the terms which apply to your order will be those in force at the time you submitted your order via the website.
1.5 Please print out or save a copy of these terms for your records. These terms are only available in English.

2. Orders
2.1 Please check your order carefully and correct any errors before you submit it via the website.
2.2 After you place your order, we will send you an acknowledgment email to let you know that your order has been received. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order is an offer to buy products from us on these terms.
2.3 Acceptance of your order takes place when your order is dispatched to you, at which point a legally binding contract is formed between you and us on these terms. We will send you a shipping confirmation email to let you know once your order has been dispatched.
2.4 If your order is not accepted, for example because your payment has not been pre-authorised, the products are unavailable, you live outside of the UK, or there has been a mistake regarding the pricing or description of the products, we will email you using the details you provided when you placed your order. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.
3. Availability
All orders are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that any product will be available at any given time. In certain circumstances beyond our reasonable control, for example where there has been a change in law, we may need to stop selling certain products. If this happens and it affects your order, we will notify you by email, cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund (including any delivery costs) if payment has already been taken.
4. Making changes to your order
Once you have submitted your order it is not possible to make changes to your order.
5. Product descriptions
5.1 Descriptions of the products are set out on the website.
5.2 Please read the product description carefully. Pictures and images of the products or their packaging on our site are for illustration purposes only. Your products and their packaging may vary slightly from those pictures or images.
5.3 The colours displayed on your device may not match exactly with the appearance of the products. The colours of the products displayed on the website may vary depending on what device you are using and your settings.
5.4 All weights, sizes and measurements set out on the website are as accurate as possible but there may be a small tolerance.
6. Prices

6.2 Prices for the products and delivery charges may change at any time. Except as set out in clause 6.3 below, such changes will not affect existing orders.
6.3 If there has been an error on the website regarding the pricing of any of the products and this affects your order, we will try to contact you using the contact details you provided when you placed your order. We will give you the option to re-confirm your order at the correct price or to cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be treated as cancelled and you will be notified by email.
7. Payment
7.1 Payment will be taken from your card when your order is made via the website. If you subscribed to any of our subscription-based service, monthly on the date as specified by us to you at the time that you sign up, payment will be taken from the card you signed up with. If the payment is unsuccessful, your order will not be accepted, and it will be cancelled. In terms of our subscription-based service, your subscription will be suspended, and we will notify you of this until your card details have been updated.
7.2 Auto-Renewal for our subscription-based services. Unless you provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the end of the current subscription term, the subscription will automatically renew for the same term (monthly or annually) at the then current rate. You will be charged for the renewed subscription on the same billing dates as the original subscription. We reserve the right to change the subscription fees and terms upon renewal, with prior notice provided to you via the details we have for you on our records.
8. Delivery dates and costs
8.1 For information on delivery options and costs, go to [https://tropisbox.co.uk/]. You will be given available delivery options to choose from when you place your order or sign up to our subscription-based services. We do not deliver to any address outside of the UK.
8.2 Your order will be delivered on the selected delivery date or within the delivery period specified, depending on the delivery option you chose when you placed your order or signed up to our subscription-based services. We will deliver your order within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email unless otherwise agreed between you and us. If the products are a subscription to receive goods, we will supply the goods to you until the subscription expires or you end the contract, or we end the contract by reasonable notice to you.
8.3 Any delivery dates stated during the order process, or in your order acknowledgment or shipping confirmation emails, are estimates, unless a specific delivery date has been agreed with you.
8.4 We will do all that we reasonably can to deliver your order within the delivery period or on the delivery date agreed with you. If your delivery is delayed, we will email you to let you know as soon as reasonably possible. However, we are not liable to you for any losses you incur if delivery is delayed because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example, severe weather, accidents, or unpredictable traffic delays).
9. Delivery
9.1 We will deliver your order to the address specified by you when you placed your order or signed up to our subscription-based services.
9.2 If no one is available to take delivery, we will post an attempted delivery notification through your letterbox with information on how to re-arrange delivery. If a further delivery attempt is unsuccessful or we are unable to follow your delivery instructions, we will notify you by email, cancel your order and you will be refunded for the price of the products (but not the delivery charge).
9.3 Please examine the products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and notify us via our website of any fault or damage as soon as reasonably possible.
9.4 Once your order has been delivered to your address or in accordance with the delivery instructions you provided to us, the risk in the products passes to you and the goods are classed as having been ‘delivered’. This means that you are responsible for the products, and we are not liable to you if the products are stolen or damaged after they have been delivered to you. This does not affect your legal rights if the products are faulty or misdescribed. Ownership of the products passes to you once you have paid for them in full.
10. Faulty products
10.1 The products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with the contract with you.
10.2 If your products are faulty or misdescribed, please contact us via our website as soon as reasonably possible.
11. Liability
11.1 If we are in breach of these terms or are negligent, we will be liable to you for foreseeable loss or damage that you suffer as a result. By ‘foreseeable’ it means that, at the time the contract was made, it was either clear that such loss or damage would occur, or you and we both knew that it might reasonably occur, as a result of something we did (or failed to do).
11.2 We are not liable to you for any loss or damage that was not foreseeable, any loss or damage not caused by our breach or negligence, or any business loss or damage.
11.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for any death or personal injury caused by our negligence, liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
11.4 We are not liable for business losses. We only supply the goods for domestic and private use. If you use the goods for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction
As a consumer, the laws of England and Wales apply to these terms, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
15. General terms
15.1 You are not allowed to transfer your rights under these terms to anyone without our prior written consent.
15.2 If any provision of these terms (or part of any provision) is or becomes illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the legality, validity, and enforceability of any other provision of these terms will not be affected.
15.3 If you breach these terms and no action is taken, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these terms.
15.4 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund for most products which are brought online. However, this right does not apply to the products purchased via the website or our subscription-based services as the products are perishable goods.
